Hydraulic fracturing has been used since the 1940's. Eventhough this is an easy way to achieve natural gases, there are many hazards to the environment. These hazards include, unsafe fluids to escape into our supplies of drinking water, accidental spills of these fluids might seep into the ground or pollute other water. As you can see these effects are very serious and could harm animals and human beings.
